Marelume is a small property. We have thirty-two rooms, three villas, and a team that knows every guest by name before they arrive. That kind of hospitality takes people who pay attention — to the food, to the light, to the moment a guest needs something before they ask for it. Current Openings
Working under Head Sommelier Marco Ferrante across our four venues, with a focus on wine pairing at Alba and cellar management. Candidates should hold a WSET Level 2 or equivalent and have at least one season in a similar role.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLEDelivering signature treatments including volcanic clay rituals, Mediterranean hot stone massage, and bespoke facials using Acqua di Parma protocols. CIDESCO or equivalent diploma required; experience with luxury spa brands preferred.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLECovering the property from 22:00 to 07:00 — welcoming late arrivals, fulfilling overnight requests, and maintaining the quiet security of the building. Fluency in Italian and English is required; French or German is a plus.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLEWorking alongside Culinary Director Giovanni Rossi in the cold section of Alba Ristorante. Responsible for carpaccio, antipasti, and daily market-driven preparations. A minimum of three years in a comparable brigade required.
